NIL partners with leading SIEM company, Q1 Labs, now part of IBM Security System
Q1 Labs is one of the leaders in the Gartner 2012 Magic Quadrant for Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). NIL recently signed a reseller agreement that gives the company the right to market, sell and license Q1 Labs products.
QRadar, an integrated, intelligent and automated security platform, is Q1 Labs’ main product, providing real-time analysis of security alerts generated by network hardware and applications. The solution can be integrated easily into existing network environments and into tools for hardware and application monitoring, as well as systems for security assessment and network traffic analysis. Archiving can be conducted locally; however, the solution also enables integration with external storage over the Fibre Channel protocol, as well as with network file systems (NFS, SMB).
Taking into account the frequency of events and amount of data in the network, QRadar is a very scalable solution, easily manageable over an intuitive web interface.
