Petra Primožič Kurat has been leading NIL’s financial department since 2020. She firmly believes that well-handled finances are one of the main pillars of a company and an essential ingredient of a successful business. She likes to emphasize the advisory role of the department. Clear and transparent finance handling and accurate and valid data significantly contribute to the smooth operation of a company and better decision-making. Keeping a close eye on finance is Petra’s main responsibility. But as a leader, she also gives a lot of attention to fostering a good atmosphere in the department, friendly relationships among colleagues, and good collaboration with all departments across the organization.
Petra holds a degree in economics. She has extensive experience in finance, accounting, controlling, and auditing. Prior to joining NIL, she worked in auditing, the tobacco and aviation industries, and insurance.
