Interim Director of Education

Maja has dedicated the majority of her career to sales positions in both local and international companies. She began her journey with the NIL team as a Resource Manager, where she skillfully maintained relationships with instructors and contractors. Later, she assumed the role of Director of Content Development within the NIL Education team. In this capacity, she adeptly manages and develops learning content business with our key customers.

Currently, Maja serves as the Interim Director of NIL Education, taking on additional responsibilities related to the NIL Learning division. Her background in Economics led her purposefully to the IT industry, drawn by its ever-evolving technology, trends, and the need for constant adaptation. Working in an international environment, meeting new people, and fostering strong, long-term business relationships are among her primary motivations.
