Borut Šimenc joined NIL in 2023. Prior to that, he worked for more than five years in the Network Operations Center (NOC), where he was responsible for monitoring network anomalies and ensuring the smooth operation of services. He holds a degree in electrical engineering and is expanding his knowledge in the field of information security, with a focus on data protection, MDM (Mobile Device Management), and the management and configuration of Cisco firewalls.
