Špela Korelc

Špela Korelc took her first steps at NIL in 1997 as an administrative assistant in the sales department. Her work has been diverse from the very beginning: she was heavily involved in designing pre-sales processes and developing a business information system for sales, and then took on administrative tasks in support processes, particularly managing all necessary documentation and procurement functions. Later, she increasingly focused on working with public administration, monitoring legislation and public tender procedures, thereby taking on more and more duties and responsibilities. Her current title is Sales Project Specialist, and she also serves as the primary contact for clients RSA, Eaton, and VMware. She is also constantly expanding her knowledge in the field of Cisco Systems technologies. In March 2013, she successfully passed the exam and earned the title of Cisco Sales Expert. As she continues her career, she seeks continuous personal development, new challenges, and increasing responsibility.

Špela values order, so she works persistently and decisively to ensure the sales department is well-organized and efficient. With her many years of experience in bringing colleagues (both engineers and salespeople) together into an effective and exemplary team, she excels at this—also thanks to her enviable optimism, which helps maintain a positive atmosphere among her colleagues. Her colleagues appreciate her goal-oriented approach, dedication to work, and responsible conduct, but above all, the fact that they can rely on and trust her.

Her clients come from public administration, public enterprises, banking, and various industries; working with Špela means long-term, well-established relationships based on trust and efficient processes.
