In a strategic move, Conscia acquires Intuitive Systems and Networks to fuel expansion in the private sector in the UK
Intuitive Systems & Networks (ISN) complements Conscia’s strong presence in the public sector and expanding operations in the private sector, as ISN predominantly serves the corporate large mid-market and enterprise organizations with managed services within cybersecurity, software-defined solutions, and secure network and connectivity.
This strategic acquisition will bolster Conscia’s presence in the UK, especially in the commercial sector, increase its capabilities and coverage in the managed services space, and strengthen cybersecurity offerings for both organizations. For ISN, the acquisition is an opportunity to expand its offering to existing and new customers and accelerate opportunities for its employees, and we highly welcome all employees and customers to Conscia,

ISN’s team of 40 employees will be fully integrated into Conscia and continue to work out of the company’s base in Royal Wootton Bassett, while running in close partnership with the existing Conscia UK organization across Oxford and Portsmouth, bringing the overall headcount in the newly merged UK organization to 130.
