Igor Živec
Head of Support & Operations Center
Igor Živec began his career at NIL in 1999 in the field of educational services support. After obtaining the IBM Certified Application Developer certification for Lotus Notes and Domino, he shifted his focus to application development, where he spent more than four years working on the development of internal and web-based solutions, and then took over as head of the development department in 2006.
At the end of 2009, he continued his career as the head of customer support and technical coordination for NIL’s FlipIT service. During this period, he further developed his expertise in application development, IP telephony, Cisco networking technologies, and managed services, and since mid-2013, he has led the managed services department.
In early 2019, he joined the young Security Operations Center (SOC) team, which was then still in the early stages of growth and acquiring its first clients. As a process owner, he actively participates in the design, optimization, and standardization of SOC services. With his many years of experience and interdisciplinary knowledge, he actively contributes to the development of the SOC and its gradual reorganization into an international business unit.
