Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Understanding the specific needs of clients and, based on these, developing realistic projects of appropriate profitability, where client expectations are met,
- developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and vendors,
- finding new sales markets,
- finding new large and medium-sized customers,
- developing new sales programs and refreshing existing ones,
- independently performing sales activities in line with company policy and business strategy,
- negotiating with clients, assisting in the coordination of offers and contracts,
- drafting commercial terms and conditions of sale proposals,
- preparing concrete offers and contracts for clients,
- implementing sales and marketing policy in cooperation with superiors,
- monitoring technical developments in the company’s business,
- reporting on plans and results to the company’s management,
- preparing sales activities in line with the company’s sales strategy,
- general commercial and technical training in the company’s business and in all the technologies included in the company’s sales program,
- other duties as assigned by superiors.

Job conditions:
- at least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant social science or other relevant discipline,
- at least 5 years’ experience in a similar function,
- a Cisco Sales Expert or other sales qualifications required by the equipment suppliers,
- excellent written and spoken English.
